    Job Description :

    Function :
    Software Engineering - Backend Development - Java, Hibernate


    Responsibilities :

    • Drive the effective resolution of customers' critical technical engagements.
    • Operate efficiently in a fastpaced environment, maintain composure, demonstrate leadership, and communicate in an outstanding manner.
    • Report and communicate status to partners in a timely and consistent manner.
    • Identify and engage technical experts as needed.
    • Meet all document requirements for Service Requests and tickets.

    Requirements :

    • Experience in Customer Support or other customerfacing role.
    • BS/BA or equivalent experience in Science or a related degree.
    • Experience in issue identification and fixing scenarios.
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java.
    • Excellent problem solver, creative thinker, and selfmotivated.
    • Experience with Cloud infrastructure is a plus.
    • Must have a passion for customer happiness and the ability to communicate complex technical information to multiple audiences.
    • Able to work well both with local and remote team members.
    • Good interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication in English, with other languages a benefit.
