- Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
- Calculating client quotation & Heat Load.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Co-ordinating sales projects.
- Analyzing costs and sales.
- Preparing reports for head office.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical or relevant Field.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or project management roles, preferably within the commercial or industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, components, and design principles, including but not limited to chillers, air handling units, ventilation systems, controls, and energy efficiency measures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and influence key stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting
