    Description

    Identifyand research potential employers and job boards in targetcountries.

    Initiate outreach campaigns to engage employers and promoteJobsPassport sservices.

    Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in therecruitmentindustry.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategiesfor employeracquisition.

    Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with job boards andindustryorganizations.

    Provide regular reports and updates on outreach efforts andresults.



    Requirements

    Proven experience in business development or sales within therecruitment industry preferably with a focus on internationalmarkets.

    Strong networking and relationshipbuildingskills.

    Excellent communication and negotiationabilities.

    Ability to work independently and drive results in a fastpacedenvironment.

    Familiarity with job boards LinkedIn and other recruitmentplatforms.

    Understanding of global hiring trends and culturaldynamics.
