- Will be responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers within territory
- Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers
- Will be responsible for distributor reviews
- Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales.
- Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel
- The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.
- Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist.
- Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.
- Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.
- Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges
- Education - Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/
- Excellent Communication skills
- Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Consumer products industry
- Strong channel & distribution management skills
