- Conductfollowups negotiations and effectively close sales related tolithiumion batteries to generaterevenue.
- Maintainrelationships with clients to ensure repeat business andreferrals.
- MarketIntelligence:
- Gather andanalyze market data to understand market conditions and identifyopportunities within the lithiumion batterysegment.
- Refine the salesfunnel and strategies based on marketinsights.
- Key DecisionMakerIdentification:
- Identifyand establish relationships with key decision makers/influencerswithin target companies particularly those involved in lithiumionbatteryprocurement.
- CustomerRequirements and ProductSupport:
- Collaborate with theEngineering team to gather customer requirements Statements ofRequirements (SORs) and product specifications particularly forlithiumion batteryapplications.
- Facilitate samplesubmission and coordinate with the application team for testing andapproval of lithiumion batterysamples.
- EventsRepresentation:
- Representthe company in expos seminars trade shows and other industry eventsto enhance brand visibility and generate leads for lithiumionbattery products.
- Documentationand Reporting:
- Contributeto the creation and maintenance of various trackers including dailyweekly monthly and yearly sales reports presentations and brochureswith a specific focus on lithiumion batterysales.
- TeamManagement:
- Lead andmotivate the Business Development (BD) and Sales team to achievesales targets and company objectives with emphasis on lithiumionbattery sales.
- Regularly review teamperformance and provide feedback forimprovement.
- MarketingCoordination:
- Managecompany digital assets such as the LinkedIn page and coordinatewith external agencies to execute marketing activities and meetobjectives with a focus on promoting lithiumion batteryproducts.
- TotalExperience: 810 years with a focus on EV battery salesand business development particularly with lithiumionbatteries.
- RelevantIndustry Experience: Minimum 2 years in EV battery saleswith additional experience in charger tyre motor controller or BMSindustries consideredadvantageous.
