    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Spearhead the development and execution of ambitious performance marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook), Google, Amazon, and Flipkart.
    • Drive unparalleled success in user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates, setting new benchmarks for excellence and innovation.
    • Redefine industry standards through visionary leadership and strategic prowess.
    • Empower team members to unleash their full potential and shape the next generation of marketing trailblazers.
    • Craft compelling copy across diverse digital platforms, igniting action and forging lasting connections.
    • Ensure seamless alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives, amplifying brand presence and driving sustained growth.
    • Conduct meticulous audience research and keyword analysis to inform targeted messaging strategies and optimize campaign performance.
    • Implement cuttingedge optimization techniques, including A/B testing and audience segmentation, to refine and elevate campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging datadriven insights to pivot strategies and maximize return on investment.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, pioneering groundbreaking approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
    Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Post-Graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across Meta (Facebook), Google, Amazon, and Flipkart.
    • Expertise in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, and Flipkart Ads.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals.
    • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
