    Human Resources Business Partner


    Role:
    Seeking an experienced HRBP as per below mandates:

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
    • Manage sourcing and hiring processes to attract top talent
    • Lead recruitment efforts and effectively onboard new hires
    • Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management
    • Identify and address employee development needs to meet business requirements
    • Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide guidance on HR policies
    • Analyze HR data to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
    • 8+ years of HRBP experience, with a focus on sourcing and hiring in KPOs, Consulting Firms, or Research & Analytics
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition and performance management
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS systems
