    Description
    Active Directory Support (Drive) requirements :


    5+ years designing and managing multiple active directory forests and domains for a large, geographically dispersed enterprise (minimum 5000 users).


    • 1+ years of experience administering dns, dhcp, and pki.
    • Experience with configuring group policy objects to secure a windows infrastructure.
    • Experience with complex scripting leveraging powershell.
    • Experience working at an ad functional level and migration to 2016 functional level preferred.
    • Experience with domain consolidations/migrations preferred.
    • Experience with different types of tools to isolate the active directory issues.
    • 1+ years of experience in microsoft windows server administration, including server 2012/16 and 2019 operating systems.
    • Experience using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management.
    • Knowledge of onpremises exchange and o365 service is an added advantage.
    • Coordinating with different lines of services with sla.
    • Creating and updating technical documentation.
    • 3rd party vendor coordination for visits and troubleshooting.
    • Incident management & escalation ticket status check and update.
    • Change management change raising to facilitate incident resolution and problem resolution.
    • Problem management & rca responsible for preparing rca documents for severity 1 & severity 2 calls.
    • Flexible to work on shifts and very good communication skills.
