    Sales Lead/Manager - New Delhi, India - Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting

    About the Client:

    Our client a leading Engineering and R&D (ERD) company

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Initiatives and Strategies: Identify new opportunities within BFSI / Manufacturing / Central / State Govt / PSU sectors by collaborating with business verticals and clients. Develop strategies to leverage these opportunities effectively.
    2. Sales and Marketing Activities: Execute sales initiatives utilizing various channels such as cold calling, telecalling, social media, and in-person interactions.
    3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
    4. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies and tactics aimed at driving revenue growth.
    5. Collaboration and Presentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver presentations and engage in proposal discussions and contract negotiations.
    6. Industry Insights and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with client needs.
    7. Pipeline Management and Target Achievement: Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue, consistently achieving quarterly and yearly business targets.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in business development within BFSI / Enterprise / Central / State Govt / PSU segments, specializing in system integration services & solutions, digital transformation, Industry 4.0 applications, and cybersecurity, with a demonstrable track record of success.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Profound analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with the capacity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, exhibiting leadership qualities.

    Job Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore

    Experience: 10 to 15 years
