    Business Development Manager

    Job description

    Role & responsibilities

    • Generate new business.
    • To On board New Customers.
    • Monitor market trend in order to identify new business opportunity.
    • Daily (DSR) reporting to management
    • Build and maintain good business relationship with clients Coordinate with internal departments to Freight Forwarding solutions
    • Building a robust business development function to track potential customers and effective competitor mapping to increase market share.
    • He/ She should understand, develop and execute business plan; Gross Profit (GP), Volume, Revenue targets.
    • Understand the requirement of clients and coordinate with different departments for customised business proposal.
    • Negotiations, post sales follow up, retaining and enhancing relationship with key stake holders (internal/external) and managing Clevel relationship.
    • Coordinate with implementation and operation teams for smooth customer onboarding and operational implementation.
    • Candidate should develop a strong sales pipeline to support the sales development plan and surpassing set targets.
    • The candidate should possess good networking skills to identify business opportunities, participating in industry events/conclave/exhibitions etc.
    • RFQ/RFP/RFO/Tender management.
    • Obtaining enquiries and submission of quotation to customers on time.
