More than 3 years Account Management or sales experience in the IT industry (service based) with a track record of successful performance.
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
Lead point of contact for all customer account management.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop new business with existing clients.
Identify areas of improvement to meet upselling objectives.
Prepare reports on account status.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Ready to travel for business requirement in Mumbai and outside Mumbai as well.
Fluency in english, ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Respond to all client-related matters, from contractual agreements, solution implementation and service performance, to service enhancements and new business opportunities, to get the most out of each customer account.
