    At Bamboo Digital we believe in growing at a consistent rate, optimising to grow faster and stronger. We are an e-commerce growth marketing advisory & technical execution partners building robust enterprise infrastructure to facilitate marquee data-driven marketing campaigns.

    We are looking for 2 Account Managers - Client Servicing Manager to join the Bamboo Digital Team.

    Requirements:

    • Good working knowledge of account management and client servicing
    • Complete understanding of digital marketing and integrated marketing
    • Sense of ownership in terms of performance of the clients' campaigns, Comprehensive knowledge of Social & Digital Media, Online Marketing, Publishing platforms and abreast with latest industry trends, model, communication concepts, practices, tools, etc.
    • Innate balanced analytical and strategic thinking ability.
    • A business and brand thinker, understanding the relationship between media and business outcomes
    • Highly organised to be able to handle multiple deadline driven projects and workflows
    • Develop, lead and execute creative digital campaigns for clients.
    • Effectively managing accounts, strategizing and executing end to end campaign deliverables for the assigned accounts.
    • Manage the team for the assigned accounts and build a strong culture of delivering quality work.
    • Review and maintain monthly and closely monitor the growth and success of the campaigns and strategies executed.
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Actively look at opportunities to position our products to our existing clients by mapping with their learning needs
    • Mastering the art of upselling, cross-selling and referral generation in the course of business.
    • Contribute to the overall achievement of the team's revenue and non- revenue targets and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.

    BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS REQUISITE

    • Eagerness to learn and explore various facets of the job with an enthusiasm to share learning with others
    • An enthusiast and fanatic of new-age digital advertising
    • Expresses clearly and an active listener to constructive feedback and instructions
    • Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlines
    • Must be adept to working in a dynamic team structure
    • Willingness to undertake a variety of work not limited to the role/job specifications with an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results.

    Experience: 3 years minimum

    Working status: Work from office

    Working Hours: 9 to 6pm
