- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Client Success: Understand client business needs and objectives. Work closely with them to ensure they are leveraging our SaaS solutions effectively for maximum benefit.
- Retention and Renewals: Monitor client engagement and satisfaction to reduce churn. Develop strategies for contract renewals and negotiate terms.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed upsell and cross-sell targets. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect client feedback and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, customer service) to address client needs and improve our offerings.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account status, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in SaaS or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience managing a large number of accounts, preferably SMBs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
