    Business Manager - Bengaluru, India - POWER BRIDGE SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED

    Description

    As a Business Manager for Managed Services your role isto oversee and manage the operations and business activitiesrelated to the provision of manpower services and Advanced PartsOrder System (APOS) to clients. You will be responsible fordeveloping and executing strategies to ensure the successfuldelivery of services meeting client expectations and drivingbusiness growth. This position requires a combination of businessacumen leadership skills and technical knowledge in the systemintegration industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • StrategyDevelopment: Collaborate with seniormanagement to develop and implement strategic plans for the managedservices business unit specifically focusing on manpower servicesand the Advanced Parts Order System. Identify market opportunitiesdefine target client segments and develop service offerings to meetclient needs.
    • BusinessDevelopment: Drive business growth byidentifying and pursuing new client opportunities for manpowerservices and APOS. Build and maintain relationships with existingclients to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informedabout industry trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of thecompetition.
    • ServiceDelivery: Oversee the delivery ofmanpower services and APOS to clients ensuring highquality serviceand adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor serviceperformance identify areas for improvement and implement correctiveactions as necessary. Work closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding technical teams and project managers to ensure seamlessservice delivery.
    • ManpowerManagement: Manage the manpowerresources required for the provision of services. Recruit train anddevelop a skilled workforce to meet client demands. Ensure adequatestaffing levels manage resource allocation and optimize workforceutilization. Foster a positive work environment that promotesteamwork productivity and employee growth.
    • APOSManagement: Oversee the operations andmanagement of the Advanced Parts Order System. Collaborate withtechnical teams and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate partsordering and fulfillment. Develop and implement strategies tostreamline the APOS process reduce lead times and improve customersatisfaction.
    • FinancialManagement: Develop and manage thebudget for the manpower services and APOS business unit. Monitorfinancial performance analyze revenue and cost data and makestrategic recommendations to maximize profitability. Identifyopportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
    • Client RelationshipManagement: Establish and maintainstrong relationships with key client stakeholders. Conduct regularmeetings and communication to understand client needs addressconcerns and provide updates on service delivery. Act as theprimary point of contact forescalations and conflict resolution related to manpower servicesand APOS.
    • Compliance and RiskManagement: Ensure compliance withrelevant industry standards regulations and security protocols.Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigatepotential risks and ensure data protection and confidentialityrelated to manpower services and APOS.
    • VendorManagement: Collaborate with vendors andsuppliers to ensure the availability of manpower resources andseamless APOS operations. Negotiate contracts manage service levelagreements and monitor vendor performance.
    • Reporting andAnalytics: Prepare regular reports andmetrics to track the performance of the manpower services and APOSbusiness unit. Analyze data identify trends and provide insights todrive continuous improvement and inform decisionmaking.



    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in business administration managementIT or a related field. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
    • 5 yrsof Proven experience in a similar business management rolepreferably in a system integrated company specifically in manpowerservices and parts order management.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of managedservices business models industry trends and client requirements.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills withthe ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills withthe ability to build strong clientrelationships.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, IT, or arelated field. Strong business acumen and understanding ofmanaged services business models, industry trends, and clientrequirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills, withthe ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildstrong client relationships.
