With a focus on customersatisfaction and community engagement we aim to enhance the livingexperience for residents and drive sustainable growth for ourbusiness.JobDescription:We are seeking ahighly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Manager with experience inselling products or services to Resident Welfare Associations(RWAs) in the Delhi NCR area. The Sales Manager will be responsiblefor driving revenue growth by identifying new businessopportunities building strong relationships with RWAs and promotingour offerings to meet theirneeds.Responsibilities:
    1. MarketResearch andProspecting:
    • Conductmarket research to identify potential RWAs and key decisionmakersin the Delhi NCR region.
    • Identify new businessopportunities and develop a targeted prospect list for salesoutreach.
    1. SalesStrategyDevelopment:
    • Developand implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets andexpand our customer base.
    • Customize salesstrategies and value propositions to effectively address the needsand preferences ofRWAs.
    1. RelationshipBuilding:
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with RWAs fostering trust andcredibility as a reliable partner.
    • Engage withRWA representatives through inperson meetings presentations andnetworkingevents.
    1. Product/ServicePromotion:
    • EducateRWAs about our products/services and demonstrate how they can addvalue to their communities.
    • Presentproduct/service features benefits and pricing in a clear andcompellingmanner.
    1. SalesNegotiation andClosure:
    • Leadsales negotiations and address objections to secure agreements withRWAs.
    • Prepare and present proposals contractsand pricing quotes ensuring alignment with RWA requirements andbudgetconstraints.
    1. CrossfunctionalCollaboration:
    • Collaboratewith internal teams including marketing operations and customerservice to ensure seamless execution of salesinitiatives.
    • Provide feedback from RWAs toinform product/service development and enhancementefforts.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
    • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales orbusiness development with a proven track record of success inselling products/services to RWAs or similarstakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of the DelhiNCR market dynamics and RWAecosystem.
    • Excellent communication negotiationand interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of a collaborativeteam.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite andCRM software.
    • Willingness to travel within theDelhi NCR region asrequired.
