    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager - Residential Interiors.

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with developing and implementing business strategies to drive residential interior sales.

    They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and provide customized solutions.

    QualificationsProven experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of residential interiors and design trendsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targetsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related fieldProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travel as necessary
