    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Manager in Chennai. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for communication, lead generation, team management, sales, and sales operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. The application is powered by AI and blockchain technology, offering innovative features to fitness enthusiasts, coaches, and professionals.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage sales leads and inquiries received from digital marketing channels.
    • Lead a team of telecalling professionals to effectively engage with potential clients.
    • Conduct product demonstrations for fitness club owners, coaches, and professionals.
    • Convert leads into paid partners by showcasing the application's unique features and benefits.
    • Identify and allocate tasks to interns to visit fitness and sport clubs daily to promote subscriptions.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the application.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
    • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Familiarity with AI and blockchain technology is a plus.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably someone who worked from bootstrap

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
    • Proven experience in lead generation and sales
    • Strong team management skills
    • Proficiency in sales operations
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
