    Job Summary: The Job Board Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive job board strategy for Antal Tech Jobs. They will work closely with our team to ensure that we are delivering a world-class user experience and that we are effectively connecting top-tech talent with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry, as well as experience managing and growing successful job boards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive job board strategy for our tech job board, including client and candidate acquisition plans, marketing, and product development.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including tech companies, recruiters, and industry associations.
    • Identify new revenue opportunities, including advertising, partnerships, and premium job posting options.
    • Lead the product development projects to build and launch new job board features and enhancements to improve user experience and drive engagement.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract top tech talent and employers to our job board.
    • Monitor and report on job board performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and revenue, and provide regular updates to senior management.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for job board management and make recommendations for improvements and new features to keep our platform competitive.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in job board management or business development, preferably in the tech industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of online marketing and digital advertising strategies.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Understanding of the tech industry and the latest trends and innovations."
