    Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    Building a channel of high net worth individuals and brokers who would invest and trade.
    Provide information to clients on a daily basis related to trading and market movements.
    Educate clients regarding online self-trade.
    Increase the channel through references and other sources.
    Follow in house research reports, company news, and track company performance.
    Ensuring training of brokers as per business requirements.
    Ensuring business and regulatory hygiene standards, in face of business pressure.
    Ensuring Brokers are motivated and build a long term connect with the company.


    Requirements:
    MBA desirable but NOT Mandatory if experience is more than 1 year.
    Graduates with a great track record in building Client and Broker networks are welcome.
    NISM and NCFM is Preferred but NOT Mandatory.
    Should have very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Should have a passion for a career in Sales and Business Development.
