    We are looking for a lead to drive business development in a communication & performance agency

    As a Business Development force, you will be responsible for developing the business from clients.

    1.

    4-8 years in Radio FM / Digital Marketing / Magazine Sales / Advertising industry
    2.

    Should have handled pan India campaigns for different categories and should have generated a top line of 5-7 crore
    3.

    Compensation – better than the industry average

    By focusing on outcome-based impactful solutions and emphasizing on creative performance, the seasoned team of Bottle Openers is known for amplifying business growth through the optimum use of personalized advertising & creative outlets.

    The team comprises of advertising veterans from mainline agencies including Percept, FCB Ulka and media agencies like RPG group, Group M and IPG Group, for brands like Coke, Nestle, Apple and Hike.


    Responsibilities:
    1.

    Successfully closed deals with prominent brands. Should have exposure of closing targets of 5-7 cr

    2.

    Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that align with brand goals and objectives.

    Generate leads and efficiently keep in regular contact with existing prospects. Have metrics for setting up of meetings/conversion of leads and ensure that is followed.

    4.

    Outreach and Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with third parties contributing to business development, influencers, and negotiating partnerships and agreements that benefit both parties.

    This includes outreach, communication, and contract negotiations.

    5.

    Stay Updated on Trends:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing techniques to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.

    Maximize networking opportunities and regularly use conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.

    7 Understand the prospect's business need and work with expert teams – serving/media etc. to develop a tailored digital marketing proposal

    8 Closing deals in coordination with the finance and legal team.

    Qualities

    1.

    Person needs to have consistent work experience in a work place in a business development role
    2.

    Good presentation style – both in persona and communication


    Qualifications:
    1.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

    2.

    Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing industry.

    3.

    Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and content trends.

    4.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

    5.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

    6.

    Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

    7.

    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
