As an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will use your knowledge of the corporate IT environment to provide a high level of support and customer service to our Mumbai office.
In this role, you will be exposed to a wide range of technologies from desktops and networks.
You will need to be able to work with specialist engineers to assist in implementation, maintenance and support of all aspects of our IT infrastructure.

What we're looking for5+ years of experience in supporting office technologies (eg Desktops, MS Windows, Phones etc)Ability to self-motivate, identify issues and drive resolutions involving multiple teamsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsGreat troubleshooting ability and logical thinkingKnowledge of the following technologies:
o Microsoft Windows (7 & 10)o Microsoft Active Directoryo DNS, DHCP, SCCMo MS Office Suiteso Basic understanding of network concepts (routing/VLAN's/Firewalls/etc.)Experience with Data Centre environments (racking and cabling) is an advantageSome experience with networking, trading room environments and trading applications (Bloomberg, etc) would be an advantage.
