    Position: 360-Degree Sales and Business Development Manager - Indian Luxury Wedding Wear

    Objective:

    Lead and oversee all aspects of sales and business development to achieve breakeven, maximize return on investment, and establish a dominant presence in the Indian luxury wedding wear market. This role involves comprehensive sales strategies, collaboration with wedding event management, pan-India sales targeting NRI markets, and seamless integration with the marketing and digital marketing teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    Develop and implement a holistic sales strategy encompassing online and offline channels.

    Identify key market segments and tailor sales approaches for maximum impact.

    Execute strategies to achieve breakeven and ensure a significant return on investment.

    Pan India Sales Targeting NRI:

    Create targeted sales plans for different regions in India, with a specific focus on NRI clientele.

    Establish and nurture relationships with NRI communities and influencers.

    Leverage cultural insights to customize marketing and sales approaches for the NRI market.

    Collaboration with Marketing and Digital Marketing Teams:

    Work closely with the marketing and digital marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.

    Utilize digital platforms for online sales and brand promotion.

    Implement e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and brand visibility.

    Business Plan Development:

    Contribute to the development of a comprehensive business plan that aligns with organizational goals.

    Provide strategic inputs on market trends, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the business plan.

    On-Season and Off-Season Planning:

    Develop and implement strategies for both peak wedding seasons and off-seasons.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns during off-seasons.

    Implement inventory management strategies to meet seasonal demand variations.

    Lead Generation and Conversion:

    Develop and execute lead generation strategies to expand the customer base.

    Implement effective conversion strategies to turn leads into customers.

    Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.

    Showroom Sales Management:

    Oversee showroom sales operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

    Train and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets.

    Monitor and analyze showroom sales performance, making data-driven improvements.

    Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    Regularly analyze sales performance against KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.

    Prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended adjustments.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    Proven experience in luxury retail or wedding wear sales.

    Strong understanding of the Ethnic wedding industry and NRI market.

    Proficiency in online sales and digital marketing.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    This role demands a dynamic and strategic professional who can navigate both traditional and digital sales channels, drive results, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
