    Job Description

    Job title: Area Sales Manager - S&RC

    Location: Bangalore

    Your role:

    • To manage the KOL's of Karnataka
    • To get the prescriptions of Philips Respironics devices.
    • To increase the awareness of Sleep and its related disorders amongst doctors of other specialties.
    • To increase the installation base of Philips Respironics devices in the Hospitals.
    • To increase the awareness of Sleep and its related disorders amongst the common.
    • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
    • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
    • Manage the sales team of FME's and Sleep Coaches for sales growth and revenue enhancement
    • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
    • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
    • Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to enhance sales performance.
    • Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
    • Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
    • Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
    • Provide trainings, educational workshops and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of employees.
    • Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team.
    • Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
    • Servicing the needs of existing customers
    • You're the right fit if:
    • Min 8 years of sales experience in medical device and strong experience in B2C & B2B sales.
    • Bachelor's degree in any field
    • Good communication skills
    • Interpersonal skills
