- ∙ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- ∙ Monitor project progress and performance, and proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles.
- ∙ Ensure quality control and accuracy of research findings and deliverables.
- ∙ Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- ∙ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- ∙ Prepare and present pricing proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients.
- ∙ Work closely with internal teams, including research analysts, project managers, and sales teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- ∙ Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- ∙ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- ∙ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- ∙ Minimum of X years of experience in account management within the market research industry.
- ∙ Strong understanding of market research methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- ∙ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- ∙ Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- ∙ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- ∙ Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) is a plus.
- ∙ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ∙ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
