    Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced account manager to join our team. The account manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing projects from inception to completion and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate should have a strong background in market research offline, communicational skills and proven track record of driving results.

    Key Responsibilities: -

    Client Relationship Management:

    1. ∙ Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    2. ∙ Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
    3. ∙ Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
    4. ∙ Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, deliverables, and address any issues or concerns.

    Project Management:

    1. ∙ Manage all aspects of research projects, including planning, execution, and analysis.
    2. ∙ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
    3. ∙ Monitor project progress and performance, and proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles.
    4. ∙ Ensure quality control and accuracy of research findings and deliverables.

    Business Development:

    1. ∙ Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
    2. ∙ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    3. ∙ Prepare and present pricing proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients.

    Team Collaboration:

    1. ∙ Work closely with internal teams, including research analysts, project managers, and sales teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
    2. ∙ Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
    3. ∙ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

    Qualifications:

    1. ∙ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    2. ∙ Minimum of X years of experience in account management within the market research industry.
    3. ∙ Strong understanding of market research methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
    4. ∙ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    5. ∙ Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
    6. ∙ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    7. ∙ Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) is a plus.
    8. ∙ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    9. ∙ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    10. ∙ Flexibility to travel as needed.
