    Description

    As an Enterprise Account Manager at Netweb Technologies India Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth by executing strategic sales initiatives. This is a mid-senior management role and your primary focus will be on prospecting and securing new accounts within target industries, including Corporate Sales, BFSI, Semiconductor, ITeS, Software, IT Hardware, and BPO. This role demands a combination of proactive business development, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to successfully position and sell Netweb Technologies' high-end computing solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies designed to ensure sustained and profitable growth.
    2. Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads within target industries to create comprehensive target lists.
    3. Lead Generation: Seek out potential customers through cold calling, follow-up customer visits, and participation in marketing activities like trade shows.
    4. Product Positioning: Strategically position Netweb Technologies' products and services to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
    5. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture customer relationships, effectively managing key accounts.
    6. Account Expansion: Work on expanding existing client accounts through retention and growth strategies.
    7. Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate various types of contracts to secure deals and meet client requirements.
    8. Account Ownership: Take full accountability for all aspects of client accounts, from sales to ensuring operational excellence in service and project delivery.
    9. Pricing and Order Monitoring: Negotiate sales pricing, monitor orders, address credit issues, and handle sales returns when necessary.
    10. Team Leadership: Lead and functionally manage a dedicated core client management team, comprising Sales, Solution Managers, Industry Experts, and Delivery Executives.
