- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve organizational goal.
- To manage the large Enterprise accounts end to end for high end cross platform sales.
- To design the solutions around various product portfolio.
- Accountable for managing the Sales (concept selling) in the assigned territories.
- Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the stiff targets.
- Forecasting and planning the sales targets with respect to various portfolios.
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing technical solutions & achieving delivery & quality norms.
- Must have degree, MBA would be as added advantage.
- Minimum 5 to 7 Years of experience in the IT Industry.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Must be aware of the dynamic market trends & equip with latest technology.
- Fair knowledge on the high end Risc/Intel Servers & High end storage..
- Must be aware of various high end product range of IBM, Cisco, HP, on RISC as well Intel platforms.
- Must be aware of various high end storages products of IBM, EMC.
- Should know the fair knowledge on Vmware, Quest, Microsoft, Symantec product.
- Should demonstrate the solution design on various cross bid platforms.
- Technology Sales certification would be an added advantage.
