    Manager, Product & Technology Solution Delivery

    As a dedicated Manager within the Solution Delivery team, you play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex projects and programs that underpin a business realizing +$200M and experiencing double-digit growth in a rapidly evolving market. Your expertise in people management, project oversight, program execution, and modern software product development will help shape our work methodologies to help foster innovation and deliver value faster. With leadership, oversight, and strategic planning capabilities, your goal is to help enable ShareFile's journey and rapid growth by supporting our teams, refining our work methodologies, fostering innovation, and accelerating value delivery.

    Role Overview:

    Now, let's get to the details. We're seeking an accomplished Manager with outstanding technical, program, and people management proficiencies. Within the Solution Delivery Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting team members as they lead cross-functional initiatives spanning the entire organization.

    Your responsibilities will extend to nurturing career development, establishing guidelines, disseminating valuable practices, and providing hands-on coaching and mentorship. Additionally, you will assume the role of a program manager on select cross-cutting projects, collaborating closely with engineering and product leaders to delineate strategy and roadmap, ensuring the precise definition and delivery of programs aligned with our organizational objectives.

  • Lead a high-performing solution delivery team, providing guidance, coaching, feedback, and mentorship to support their professional growth
  • Define and deliver on long-term vision and multi-year strategy for company-wide programs, collaborating with product management and engineering leadership/executives
  • Partner with leaders to set the strategy of the overall group and define the operating model
  • Establish trusted working relationships with the business unit teams to understand their business objectives, develop improvement plans, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Organize insights and identify options that will help optimize the flow of work across multiple teams throughout the product development life cycle
  • Motivate and enable others to take accountability to streamline the product delivery process
  • Leverage data and metrics to derive insights and continuously identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate change initiatives within the organization to drive these improvement opportunities to fruition
  • Lead the charge on building community, fostering inter-team collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement

    • Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

  • 5+ years of experience as a people manager of varying seniority, including growing teams, and people development
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, change management, and agile and lean ways of working
  • Experience driving programs from ideation to delivery at scale and leading teams of Program Managers who have done the same
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment in a distributed environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence change with cross-functional teams, senior executives, customers, and external stakeholders
  • Experience in document management is preferred
