    Job Title: SalesManager BFSI Sector (Life Insurance Sales)

    Location:BangaloreHassan

    Role Overview:
    Weare seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Manager to join ourteam and drive sales initiatives within the life insurance segment.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurancesales along with exceptional leadership skills and a passion fordriving business growth.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achievetargets and expand market presence within the BFSI sectorspecifically focusing on life insurance products.
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals toeffectively meet sales objectives and deliver exceptional customerservice.
    • Identify new business opportunitiesand foster longterm relationships with clients and keystakeholders.
    • Monitor market trends competitoractivities and customer feedback to devise effective salesstrategies and enhance product offerings.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior managementon sales performance market trends and growthopportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lifeinsurance sales preferably within the BFSI sector.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets anddriving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadershipskills with the ability to inspire and motivate a salesteam.
    • Excellent communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills.
    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Finance or related fieldpreferred.
