    About the team:


    It's a fast paced team, high impact team with no hierarchy and you will get involved in all levels of the work. You will interact with multiple stakeholders business, product and leadership teams to get things done.

    In this team everyone comes together to solve any problem. If you have any new ideas or changes that will help achieve the organization goal then you will see to it that it will be implemented for sure.


    About the role

    • Activate new acquisitions by starting import trades. Be a consultant to the importer to create a solution for importers with existing resources.
    • Understand the offers from Exporters and offer a suitable import opportunity to assigned accounts. Be a primary face to the importers for their import fruits needs.
    • Ensure all the agreement are signed and communication are documented at the beginning of trade, ensure advance payments are received well within the time to adhere the timeline
    • Meet and greet all accounts on a regular basis and ensure the engagement by regularly sharing offers. Understand importers requirements and share with exporter KAMs
    • Market study: Explore new geographies/ categories, as required
    • Travel across the region and solve any challenges (i.e. pre-sales- ongoing and post sales) to ensure healthy relationship
    • Should have experience in fresh/fruit/agri Imports
    • Should have excel knowledge

    ● BE/B.Tech/Agri MBA graduates from any institute

    ● Experience in Relationship Management of exporters/ importers (if not, at least agri-traders)

    ● Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory, local language (i.e. Marathi) would be a plus.
