    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Admin to join our team in Ahmadabad. The HR Admin will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and support duties to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and providing support to our employees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
    • Maintaining employee records and ensuring all necessary documents are up-to-date
    • Coordinating and facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding process
    • Manage office supplies and inventory
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Schedule appointments and meetings
    • Maintain and update company files and records
    • Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks
    • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
    • Maintain a safe and secure work environment
    • Responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues to appropriate team members as needed
    • Maintaining and updating HR databases and spread sheets
    • Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related field
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
