    Position: Brand & Digital Marketing Lead (Contract)

    About the role: We are a young, Aussie Generative AI startup headquartered in Sydney, Australia. We are seeking an experienced Brand and Digital Marketing Lead with previous experience in launching technology and digital products. (must-have)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the launch of new products in the B2B SaaS space, utilising your expertise to ensure successful market penetration
    • Lead campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, data analysis, A/B testing, landing page optimization, marketing automation, and proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
    • Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and marketing collateral
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand and digital marketing.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the B2B SaaS industry and driving market adoption
    • Solid understanding of digital and social media marketing strategies and best practices
    • Experience in the field of AI is a strong plus
    • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    Contract Terms:

    • Will involve working with Australia-based partners and customers on their time for few days a week.
    • 100% work-from-home
    • Salary: INR 20 lakhs per annum
