    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager at Inkers Technology. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. The role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru. Candidates with experience in the Construction Industry specially from PMC background will be preferred.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Knowledge of the construction industry and technology solutions
    • Prior PMC experience
    • Experience in B2B sales
    • Self-motivated and driven
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • Industry experience of 5 plus years
