    We are currently in search of an experienced and dynamic Workday Prism, Reporting Lead to join our Corporate Technology and Data team at Kenvue. As a pivotal leader in this specialized role, you will take the lead in driving the effective configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Prism and reporting functionalities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that Workday configurations align seamlessly with our business objectives, delivering an efficient and data-driven user experience. Your expertise in Workday Prism and reporting will play a critical role in achieving successful outcomes that significantly impact the robust configuration and overall effectiveness of our Workday solutions, thereby contributing to the continued success of our organization.     Key Responsibilities:

    The Workday Prism, Reporting Lead:

    • Lead Workday Prism configuration and optimization by ensuring effective utilization of its reporting and analytics capabilities.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy in alignment with organizational goals, leveraging Workday Prism.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand reporting requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
    • Conduct in-depth data analysis using Workday Prism to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing Workday Prism and reporting tools effectively.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of Workday Prism configurations, reporting strategies, and best practices.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Workday Prism configurations and reporting processes.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for reporting-related issues, collaborating with support teams for timely resolution.
    • Stay informed about the latest updates and enhancements in Workday Prism, ensuring the organization benefits from new features.

    What we are looking for:

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Workday Prism, Reporting Lead, with a comprehensive understanding of Workday Prism configurations.
    • Strong skills in data analysis, using Workday Prism to extract, transform, and analyze data for meaningful insights.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and meet reporting requirements.
    • Experience with custom reports: Advance, BIRT, Matrix, Composite, Dashboards.
    • Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed documentation of Workday Prism configurations as well as strong understanding of calculated fields.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Workday Prism Certification or similar relevant certifications.
    • Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver reporting projects within scope and budget.
    • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, staying informed about the latest updates and enhancements in Workday Prism.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Previous experience providing training and support on Workday Prism and reporting tools.
    • Ability to think innovatively and contribute to the improvement of reporting processes and user experience.
