    Overview: The WeekendSales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and ensuringexceptional customer service during weekends. This role is pivotalas weekend sales are significant for the businesss revenuegeneration and customer satisfaction. The Weekend Sales Manager isresponsible for overseeing the sales team maintaining inventory andcreating a positive shopping experience for customers onweekends.KeyResponsibilities:
    • Lead and motivatethe sales team to achieve weekend salestargets
    • Ensure excellent customer service andresolve any customer complaints orissues
    • Oversee inventory management andrestocking to meet weekend demand
    • Develop andimplement strategies to boost weekend salesperformance
    • Train and onboard new weekend staffmembers
    • Coordinate with the marketing team toplan and execute weekend promotions andevents
    • Analyze weekend sales data and generatereports for management
    • Maintain a tidy andorganized store layout during weekends
    • Conductregular performance evaluations for weekendstaff
    • Adhere to company policies and proceduresduring weekend operations
    RequiredQualifications:
    • Proven experience inretail sales or management
