    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team at Celebrity Wings Entertainment Private Limited. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactively reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and closing sales. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The salary range for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in outbound sales, with a focus on lead generation and closing deals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Ability to understand client needs and propose customized solutions
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
    • Knowledge of the brand promotions and influencer marketing industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Proactively reach out to potential clients and create new business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
    • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients

    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
