    Overview:

    The BusinessDevelopment Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth ofthe organization through identifying and pursuing new businessopportunities building and maintaining client relationships anddeveloping strategic partnerships. This role is vital in expandingthe companys market presence achieving sales targets andcontributing to the overall success of thebusiness.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Identify anddevelop new business opportunities.
    • Build andmaintain strong longlasting customerrelationships.
    • Develop and implement strategicsales plans.
    • Conduct market research toidentify new trends and opportunities.
    • Lead thesales team to achieve targets andobjectives.
    • Negotiate and close businessdeals.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure the successful delivery of solutions toclients.
    • Generate leads and prospects throughvarious channels.
    • Create and deliver compellingsales presentations.
    • Monitor and analyze salesand marketing metrics to optimizestrategies.
    • Stay updated with industrydevelopments and market trends.
    • Participate innetworking events and industryconferences.
    • Develop and maintain a deepunderstanding of the companys products andservices.
    • Manage and update CRM systems totrack and analyze sales performance.
    • Reportregularly on sales performance andforecasts.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in a businessdevelopment or sales role.
    • Demonstrated successin achieving and exceeding salestargets.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation andproblemsolving abilities.
    • Ability to thinkstrategically and develop comprehensive salesplans.
    • Experience in conducting market researchand identifying new businessopportunities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software andsales analytics tools.
    • Relevant industryknowledge and a network of contacts is aplus.
    • Ability to travel as needed for clientmeetings and industry events.
    • Proactive andselfmotivated with a resultsdrivenapproach.
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
    • Ability to work effectivelyin a fastpaced constantly evolvingenvironment.
