- Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market – Outbound prospecting
- Do research on companies/ target audience, and build an effective sales pipeline
- Initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting
- Be the brand ambassador of and pitch the company and our products to the prospects
- Craft creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects
- Manage Live chats from website
- 1-4 years of work experience in any customer-facing IT sales role
- Clear, comprehensive, and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs
- Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning advanced technologies
- Ability to cross collaborate with internal teams as well as end customers
- Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and self- driven
- Ability to manage your tasks independently
- Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory.
