    Namasthe Toys is a vibrant and growing toy brand committed to bringing joy and entertainment to Indian children across the world, founded by celebrity duo Manoj Manchu & Mounika Manchu. As we continue to expand our presence in the Indian toy retail market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth and manage key retail accounts.

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager who will be responsible for acquiring and managing key retail accounts to expand the reach of our toy brand in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management, with a passion for driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

    Responsibilities:

    Retail Account Acquisition:

    • Identify and target potential retail partners, including toy stores, department stores, and specialty retailers, to expand the distribution network of our brand.
    • Develop and implement a strategic plan for acquiring new retail accounts, including prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation of partnership agreements.
    • Build relationships with key decision-makers at retail organizations, showcasing the value proposition of our products and securing placement in their stores.

    Key Account Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing retail accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all business inquiries and requirements.
    • Develop tailored sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize sell-through and drive incremental revenue from key accounts.
    • Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimize product assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies.

    Business Development:

    • Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the brand's presence and visibility in the Indian toy retail market.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop compelling promotional campaigns.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential partners and stay informed about market developments and competitor activities.

    Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Forecast sales projections and track performance against targets, analyzing variances and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
    • Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
    • Strong understanding of the Indian toy retail market, including knowledge of key players, trends, and distribution channels.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the toy industry or consumer goods sector.
    • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing key retail accounts, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and any CRM software.
