- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop compelling promotional campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential partners and stay informed about market developments and competitor activities.
- Forecast sales projections and track performance against targets, analyzing variances and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Indian toy retail market, including knowledge of key players, trends, and distribution channels.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the toy industry or consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing key retail accounts, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.
