    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Representative located in Gurgaon. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Enterprise Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our company's growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new enterprise-level business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on selling our cutting-edge products and solutions to large-scale organizations across diverse industries.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Presenting our product and services to the customers.

    2. Identifying the potential customers via cold calling and emails.

    3. Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.

    4. Taking feedback from the customers and working upon them.

    5. Putting forward and explaining the sales proposal to the customers.

    6. Tracking and analyzing the sales performance metrics.

    7. Understanding the current market potentials.

    8. Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.

    9. Building a positive relationship with the customers.

    10. Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.

    11. Understanding the technicalities of the product and providing demos on the same.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in B2B Sales, preferably IT/ ITES sales.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise-level organizations.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events.
