Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Head Sales for Secured Loans at IBSFINCORP.As a Regional Head Sales, you will be responsible for managing and growing accounts, overseeing the sales team, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
This role is based in Bengaluru.QualificationsExperience in Loan Against Property, Home Loan, or Working Capital Loans.
Experience in Team Management and Sales ManagementAbility to manage 3 Area Sales Managers and 12 Relationship ManagersStrong business acumen and market knowledgeProven track record of achieving sales targetsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldRelevant certifications in sales or finance would be beneficial
