    Job Description:

    We are in search of an adept Sales Head with a strong background in the FMCG sector to oversee our sales endeavors with Sublime House of Tea. The ideal candidate will have extensive networks within the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, event management companies, retail stores and corporates. This role involves orchestrating Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, managing distribution channels, and ensuring efficient retail credit management. Additionally, the Sales Head will be responsible for integrating offline and online sales strategies seamlessly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to attain revenue targets and expand market presence.
    • Work towards attaining in-store sales targets including brand positioning, campaigns etc
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the hospitality, events, and gifting sectors to foster growth and heighten brand visibility.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to devise effective GTM strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Oversee the management of distribution networks with departmental stores, ensuring timely product delivery and optimal inventory levels.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
    • Manage retail credit policies and oversee the timely collection of payments from clients.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
    • Drive the integration of online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, into the overarching sales framework.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of successful sales leadership within the FMCG domain.
    • Extensive network and established relationships within the hospitality industry, events management companies, and gifting partners.
    • Demonstrated ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Thorough understanding of distribution channels and retail credit management.
    • Experience in orchestrating GTM activities and executing promotional campaigns.
    • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
