- Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contract approvals to secure deals.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships and strategic partnerships leveraging expertise in both business and technology domains.
- Tap into existing client networks and past professional connections to expand business opportunities.
- Utilize social selling strategies to bolster personal and organisation's brand presence.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and fellow sales professionals to develop bespoke solutions for clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, macroeconomic shifts, emerging business models, and technological advancements.
- Monitor competitor activities to gain insights and develop tailored strategies for each account.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive business development plan to drive sales success.
- Regularly review sales pipelines and pursuit details with leadership to ensure targets are met.
- B.E./B.Tech/MBA or any equivalent degree
- Experience in selling Engineering services inmedical domain for India geography
- Handled a portfolio accounts of 5-10 million and experience in delivering services
- Experience in acquiring new logos and managing growth of existing clients.
- Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, new technologies & business models
- Experience in all facets of business development from generating leads to closing a sale
