Requirements:
• Operational Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational processes and achieve business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in workflow, resource allocation, and quality control to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Leadership and Management: Lead the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to both the operations and sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to streamline processes and optimize performance.
• Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction:Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and design excellence in all projects.
• Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the luxury interior design industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of combined experience in operations management and sales, preferably within the luxury interior design or related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
