Experience -1 to 3 Years only NON IT recruiters
Location-Hyderabad-Kokapet
1.End to End recruitment -Sourcing ,screening ,Scheduling .
2.Create job postings, and identify the most effective recruitment channels.
Utilize various recruitment platforms, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract qualified candidates.
3. Evaluate candidate applications, resumes, and other materials, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
4. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
5. Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
7. Work with the onboarding team to ensure new hires receive a seamless and comprehensive orientation and onboarding experience.
