- Account Operations: Ensuring smooth functioning of the account internally to help meet all deliverables including coordination with key stakeholders. In-Depth understanding of scope of work , the monetisation of key elements in the delivery process.
- Communication Skills: Comfort and confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Team Management Skills: Ability and inclination to work with multiple people teams and ensuring efficient knowledge transfer and mentoring
