    Description

    Role description:

    We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record in business development. This role will be responsible for driving the agency's growth through effective marketing strategies and client acquisition.

    What you'll do

    1. Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
    2. Work with the team to plan the inward and outward funnel for marketing
    3. Identify new business opportunities through lead generation methods.
    4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling IPs (online and offline), marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
    5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies.
    6. Analyze marketing and sales data to track performance and begin identify areas for improvement quarter-on-quarter.
    7. Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
    8. Have a keen sense of branding and the industry to know what will work to market the firm.
    9. Have an understanding of design and be quick to pick up softwares like Figma.
    10. Be up-to-date with social media trends and content to execute a comprehensive plan for PS// Marketing across platforms like Instagram, offline events, internal newsletters and internal events.
    11. Have at least 2+ years of experience in managing a role like this
    12. Preferable qualification - undergrad / MBA in sales and marketing.

    About You

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales
    • Experience in professional client relationship management
    • Possess a strong curiosity, ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
    • You're a natural collaborator with experience working as part of a team.
    • You have a keen appreciation for good design and creativity, and understand the creative process
    • You're curious and good at asking questions to solve complex problems.
    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with working knowledge of excel and presentation development.
    • Preferable qualification - undergrad / MBA in sales and marketing.
