    Hi All,

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Head to lead our temporary staffing vertical in Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional P&L, and leading a team of dedicated professionals to achieve set targets and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in alignment with company objectives.

    2. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure performance excellence.

    3. Oversee the regional P&L, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve profitability targets.

    4. Foster strong client relationships and partnerships to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

    5. Drive sales activities, including client acquisition, retention, and upselling, to achieve revenue targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

    6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance service delivery.

    7. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adapt strategies accordingly.

    8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies across all operations within the region.

    9. Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, providing insights into regional performance and opportunities for improvement.

    10. Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the regional team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the temporary staffing industry, with a proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles.

    Strong understanding of regional labor market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

    Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve common goals.

    Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, manage P&L, and achieve revenue targets in a competitive environment.

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

    Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions and driving results.

    Proactive, resilient, and adaptable, with a passion for driving change and delivering excellence in service delivery.
