Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
Utilize existing data daily organic leads andreferrals to identifypotential customers.
Conduct outbound outreach through cold callsandemails building rapport and qualifyingleads.
Lead Nurturing:
Initial reachout toall leads for lead qualification andEngagewith qualified leads through followupsand personalized communication.
Educate leadson products and solutions addressing their needsandpain points. Schedule initial productdemonstrations to showcasevaluepropositions.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and uptodate CRM/ Excel recordsforall leads and interactions. Provideinsightful data analysis to support salesandmarketing efforts.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Business DevelopmentRepresentative(BDR) to ensure smooth leadhandoff and qualification. Share insightsandfeedback with marketing and product teamsto optimize leadgenerationstrategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree (any field) or equivalent experiencepreferred. 23 years of experience in salesmarketing or a related field (notmandatoryfor freshgraduates). Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability tobuildrelationshipsquickly. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with a focus onactivelistening and persuasivelanguage. Proficient in Excel or CRMsoftware and comfortable with data analysistools.
