    Job Overview

    Om Sai Global HR Service is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.     Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships

    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
    • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
    • Provide excellent customer service and support
    • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Proven track record in business development
