Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in a designated region to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

Sales Performance Management:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Implement effective sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
Understand customer needs and market trends to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirement & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, in Fire Fighting industry Mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
